Keyharbour is run by a landlord, so we understand that a repair needs to make sense for both the property and the person paying for it. We look at what needs attention, recommend a practical repair where appropriate, and explain when replacement or specialist work is the better option.
We handle suitable everyday jobs such as dripping taps, sticking doors, loose handles, worn sealant, minor plumbing repairs and decorating touch-ups. We’ll assess the issue and agree the scope and cost with you before work begins. One-off bookings are subject to availability; member landlords receive priority scheduling.

Every empty week matters. Drawing on our own experience as landlords, we look at a property with re-letting in mind: which repairs need doing, what can be refreshed, and where replacement makes more sense. We discuss the options with you so the agreed budget goes towards the work that matters most.
Work may include making good, decorating, flooring, kitchen and bathroom repairs, replacement fixtures, and coordination of cleaning or specialist trades where needed. We plan the agreed work around getting the property ready for its next tenant.
Each project is assessed and quoted separately. We agree the scope, cost and proposed timeframe with you before work begins. Larger refurbishments can also be quoted.
